	MEET OUR TEAM       Mr. Noel Andress, CCIM - Broker/Owner Noel started his real estate career back in the early 80's selling mountain tracts for the former Governer of Colorado, Roy Romer.  In 1991, Noel (a fifth generation native of Florida) moved with his family to Pineland, Florida.  Over the past 20 years, Noel has been a leader in land sales in the Southwest Florida real estate market.  Noels' primary focus today is in portfolio management and land investments.  Noel is currently on multiple government and volunteer boards and is the President of several HOA boards in Charlotte County.   - CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)  / Member of the SW Florida Chapter - GRI Certificate - Specialist in Planning and Zoning - B.S. 	Mrs. Karen Andress – Manager/Owner - B.S. Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado - Manager & Accountant for multiple partnerships - National Association of Realtors - Member - My-Florida MLS Member - Sales Associate with over 21 years of experience.
	Mr. Sage Andress, ALC, CCIM - Broker Associate / Tampa Office Manager Sage started his career in land sales in 2002.  Over the past seven years, Sage has completed more than 230 transactions and has earned his CCIM designation in addition to the ALC designation.  Sage's primary focus is on land brokerage and commerial property.  Sage also focuses on the New Tampa/Tampa Palms residential market.  Sage is currently on the Board of Directors for the Florida CCIM and is an active member in numerous real estate organizations and economic development councils.   - B.A. Degree in Technical Writing from the University of South Florida - CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)           - Member of the West Coast Chapter           - Member of the Board of Directors Florida Chapter - ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) - NAIOP DL Member - Realtors Land Institute - Member - National Association of Realtors - Member - Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors - Member - My-Florida Regional MLS Member - Citrus County Economic Development Council - Member - Charlotte County Economic Development Council - Member - Real Estate license since 2003   - TBBJ Best Land Deal Finalist - Million Dollar Club 2003, 2004, 2005, 2008
