Mr. Noel Andress, CCIM - Broker/Owner
Noel started his real estate career back in the early 80's selling mountain tracts for the former Governer of Colorado, Roy Romer. In 1991, Noel (a fifth generation native of Florida) moved with his family to Pineland, Florida. Over the past 20 years, Noel has been a leader in land sales in the Southwest Florida real estate market. Noels' primary focus today is in portfolio management and land investments. Noel is currently on multiple government and volunteer boards and is the President of several HOA boards in Charlotte County.

Mr. Sage Andress, ALC, CCIM - Broker Associate / Tampa Office Manager
Sage started his career in land sales in 2002. Over the past seven years, Sage has completed more than 230 transactions and has earned his CCIM designation in addition to the ALC designation. Sage's primary focus is on land brokerage and commerial property. Sage is currently on the Board of Directors for the Florida CCIM, Vice Preident of the Florida Realtor's Land Institute and is an active member in numerous real estate organizations and economic development councils.
